Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager at Earna, you will work closely with other Product managers and cross-functional teams to help shape the future of our financial platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the needs of contract workers, gig workers, and freelancers, helping them achieve financial security and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Assist in developing and enhancing financial products tailored to the needs of contract workers, gig workers, and freelancers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• User Experience: Work with the UX/UI team to ensure the platform is user-friendly and meets the highest design and usability standards.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, gather insights, and suggest improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
• User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry or a related field.
